Welcome to ChristinPhotography.com! The ChristinPhotography.com website (hereinafter “the Site”) is composed of various webpages controlled and authored by Christin Photography, LLC. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions stated herein. Your use of the Site constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
Minors. Christin Photography’s content is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age, and by providing information about yourself to Christin Photography you are representing that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Third Parties, Links, Sponsorship, and Advertising. The Site may contain links, banners, advertisements, or other indicia of identity for third-party websites (hereinafter “Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under Christin Photography’s control and Christin Photography is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any Linked Site does not imply Christin Photography’s affiliation, sponsorship, or association with the Linked Site or its operators, nor does it imply Christin Photography’s agreement with any of the contents of the Linked Site.
Intellectual Property Rights. The Site contains content specifically provided by me, and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary rights and laws. You shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in all content accessed on the Site. The trademarks, logos, trade names and service marks, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are Trademarks of Christin Photography and its third party affiliates, sponsors, or advertisers. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Christin Photography or such third party that may own the Trademark.
Any unauthorized commercial use of the content, including Trademarks, will violate the intellectual property rights of Christin Photography and/or third parties associated with Christin Photography.
Privacy. Your use of the Site is subject to Christin Photography’s privacy policy. Please see the Privacy Policy for further information.
Electronic Communication. Visiting the Site, using any communication tool embedded within the Site, or emailing the Site’s administrators constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive information electronically and agree that such electronic notifications, both through email and through the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such notifications be in writing.
Venue. This Agreement, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Virginia law. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed within the exclusive jurisdiction of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Comment Policy. All comments on Christin Photography are moderated, so comments do not appear right away. Only productive comments will be published. Anonymous comments, comments from trolls, and comments with offensive and insulting language will not be accepted.
